Set up Wacom One pen display (DTC-133)

  • 1

    Connect via HDMI and USB

The Wacom One DTC-133 requires two connections: HDMI (for the display) and USB-A (for pen input and power). Some setups use a USB-C to HDMI + USB adapter.

  • 2

    Install driver 6.4.13-4

Download and install from the download page. Run as Administrator, reboot when prompted.

  • 3

    Set display mapping

In Wacom Tablet Properties → Mapping tab: set Current Display to your Wacom One display (not your main monitor). Enable Force Proportions.

  • 4

    Calibrate the pen

Wacom Tablet Properties → Calibrate tab → Calibrate. Follow the on-screen targets to align pen cursor with physical pen tip.

Set up Wacom One basic (CTL-472 / CTL-672)

The basic Wacom One tablets (CTL-472 Small, CTL-672 Medium) are entry-level pen tablets without a screen. They are similar to Intuos and use a lightweight driver.

To download the correct driver for CTL-472/672: visit wacom.com/support/drivers and search for your specific model. The standard 6.4.13-4 driver may also work.

Wacom One questions

Wacom One DTC-133 not detected on Windows
Make sure both the HDMI and USB cables are connected. The tablet needs both to function. If Windows detects the display but not the pen, reinstall driver 6.4.13-4. Check Device Manager for any USB warnings.
Pen cursor is offset from actual pen tip
This is normal before calibration. Open Wacom Tablet Properties → Calibrate tab → Calibrate. Follow the four corner targets with your pen tip. Recalibrate if you change your viewing angle or move the display.
Wacom One display shows but pen does not work
The HDMI is connected but the USB is not (or not recognised). Check the USB connection. Try a different USB port. Restart the Wacom service: net stop WTabletServicePro && net start WTabletServicePro.
